We check every item prior to dispatch. However, were you to receive a defective or faulty item, please get in touch with us within 3 days to let us know. Just include a copy of your receipt together with a photograph, and once returned, a full refund will be made available.

Necklaces, rings, brooches and bracelets may be exchanged for a store credit or exchanged for another item of the same value if they are returned to us within 2 weeks.
Due to hygiene concerns, unless faulty or defective, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings. No exceptions.
The cost of return postage to us is your responsibility.

Please ensure that the items are returned unworn with labels intact and in original packaging.
Postage of $15 will be added to the cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Feel confident when purchasing Mariana and Ayala Bar jewellery. Both designers offer lifetime warranties for manufacturing defects. Please allow 12 weeks for repair as the items need to be returned to Israel for processing.
