Easy and convenient shopping. Prompt and efficient, we will dispatch smaller items within two days of purchase, and for larger items as soon as our preferred courier can collect. We will always advise of any lengthy delays. Auspost Express usually delivers to major centres within 2 or 3 business days after the item is shipped.
JEWELLERY : Free Express Post postage on Australian jewellery orders over $150. Otherwise Flat rate $10.
CLOTHING : Flat rate Express Postage of $20.
SMALL HOMEWARES AND SMALL GIFTS : Flat rate of $20.
LARGE HOMEWARES : Flat rate of $50.

We also offer the ability to Buy Now, Pay Later using Afterpay.
Smaller items are generally sent via Australia Post’s Express Post service. Jewellery is gift boxed and therefore these parcels will not fit in a post box slot. Please ensure that you supply a safe address or obtain a safe parcel locker as lost items are not the responsibility of Uncle George.
We take a picture of each shipping label once the item is ready for postage or collection. We take no responsibility for lost parcels unless we have filled in the address incorrectly.
A tracking number will be supplied via email when the item is ready for postage or collection so you can keep track of your precious purchases. Please allow a day or two after the receipt of this email for the tracking system to capture the parcel.
Uncle George will email the tracking number of the parcel once dispatched and any updates supplied by the carrier as to the status of the delivery. However please note that lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the customer so please be sure to track your item.
Uncle George is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed such as tariffs and taxes, etc, during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure that you select your item carefully as returns/refunds/exchanges are not available to international customers.
While we inspect every item prior to dispatch, in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to advise via email within 3 days of receipt of the goods, with photographic evidence. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the faulty items at their own cost.
